Born and raised in rural Ohio, my work is a tribute to the raw wonder of wildlife and the untamed landscapes that shaped me. I blend realism with abstraction to create immersive pieces that pulse with life. By leaving edges unresolved and using bold texture, I invite viewers to feel the constant movement of nature, a force that cannot be fully contained. Each brushstroke is an invitation to linger and uncover the hidden stories within my art, bridging the gap between the observer and the wild.

Born and raised in rural Ohio, Shauna Rae is a dedicated self-taught artist whose creative journey began the moment she could first grasp a pencil or paintbrush. Her lifelong passion for visual expression led her to the Milan Art Mastery Program, from which she graduated after a transformative year of refining her technical skills and discovering her unique artistic voice. Today she balances her foundational self-taught roots with professional expertise, producing work that reflects a deep-seated commitment to her craft.
Shauna is deeply inspired by wildlife and untamed nature. She channels raw wonder into every stroke. Blending realism with abstraction she creates immersive pieces that feel alive. While Shauna operates exclusively from her private home studio, her reach is truly global; her pieces have been acquired by private collectors across the United States and internationally.
